Well, we started off this fall with a BANG by celebrating many birthdays- first, Marshall on the 17th, the mine on the 28th, and then the girls Lindsey on October 1st, and Abbie on October 26th.
Here is the special Animal cake with handmade animals and boingy's, because she wanted an "Animal Party"
Our Sweet Lindsey Love who turned 7 this year!!! She loves to dance, sing, play with toys, loves animals, loves chocolate, prime rib, Craigos and Texas Roadhouse! Love you Lindsey Bug!
Sweet smiles by our sweet little love Lindsey bug bug.
Hanging out with all of the girls at the big 7 party. We went to Teton Spectrum Raceway where they have a bunch of huge blow up bouncy toys, and a wonderful place for them to run, growl, slide, crawl, and have a super time being wild, wild ANIMALS! This is a great place to act out those animal instincts! Growl, Scream, crawl, chase, jump, and do it again! Yeah for me!!!
All decked out in their animal faces, and costumes! Gwendolyn, Jordyn, Madison, Olivia, and Cameron hanging out with the favorite birthday girl!!
Taking a break from being CRAZY!~
Then came our baby girl who turned 5 this year!!!! She wanted to have Wall E party! So, here we go again, mommy had to get super creative again, and come up with the WALL E cake and edible WALL E figurines! We celebrated Baby Love's birthday two days because we spent time with Abbie at China Buffet- with the grandparents, the Capeners, and the Funkes. She loved getting all kinds of things at the buffet and they brought her a special "cake" thing China Buffet style! She loved it! All she wanted for her birthday was Princess Magic Rise Oven, and Cooking Mama for DS.
So here is our version of a Wall E cake- we added Wall E, Eve, the painting Robot, Mo- the cleaning robot, the Beautiful Robot, some bricks and lots of frosting! She thought it was great, I was happy to figure out how to re-create Wall E
So here is my version of Wall E- I used Yellow Zingers, froze them to make them more manageable. Then added Hershey's mini chocolate bars- broke them in half and added a little frosting, "glued" them onto the sides- for the head, we tooth-picked a blueberry fig newton on for the head, then I piped little "eyes" on with eyeballs, and piped on the box on his belly. Added a few licorice arms, and Walla~ Wall E. The kids loved them, and funny enough, everyone could tell what they were- Lucky for me, the discount bread store had items that looked like they would work out, and sure enough, with a little pain on my brain, we made our fun Wall E's for our sweet little Abs!
Here is a close up of Wall E-
Singing to our baby Abbie- I can't believe she is already 5!!!!!!! How did that happen so fast! I remember like yesterday when she was a tiny tiny little baby girl, who snuggled with her mommy and took naps, drank babas, and loved her softie!
Our little friend Hannah, who joined us for some fun
Here is Abbie Love in the balloon machine trying to catch some prizes!
She had a wonderful time having an Abbie WALL E party and loved turning five! She did tell us that she didn't feel any older, or any taller??? She wondered when she would feel five, or if she'd just feel four forever...
